Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the GMTVPN marketing website, user panel, and subscription service. It explains what data is handled, why it is handled, and what actions users can take.
Account and Order Data
GMTVPN does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password. An email address is not required to open an account, and using the subscription service will not prompt you to provide one later. Account data is used for authentication, access management, and subscription delivery. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in your username.
The service processes plan selections, order amounts, payment status, transaction identifiers, subscription status, and summarized data usage to verify payments, calculate available data, and provide support. If you submit a support ticket, its content and any attachments you provide are also stored. Please hide passwords, sensitive payment details, and subscription links.
No-Logs Approach and Connection Records
GMTVPN does not record which websites users visit through the subscription service, nor does it store browsing history, destinations, or transmitted content. The summarized data usage used for billing does not include a list of visited websites and is not used to reconstruct browsing activity.
The service does not continuously retain connection logs that link an account to specific destinations. Temporary session data needed to establish a connection is used only to maintain it and is not kept as a browsing history after the connection ends. Troubleshooting relies on line operating status and information users choose to provide; complete browsing records are not required.
Website Analytics
Analytics for the marketing website are handled separately from network activity on the subscription service. They may cover page views, referral pages, browser and device categories, and clicks on site links and buttons. This information helps assess usability, find broken links, and improve content.
These analytics do not represent browsing activity after a user connects to a line, and are not used to create a list of international websites they visit. Do not put passwords or subscription credentials in page query parameters. Analytics data is used only to analyze website operations and is not sold as account or order data.
Cookies and Local Storage
Cookies and browser local storage are used to keep users signed in and save language preferences and necessary interface choices. Analytics may also use browser identifiers to associate visits within the same browser. The user panel stores login credentials locally so they can be checked during later actions.
You can clear or restrict this storage in your browser settings. Doing so may require you to sign in again or reselect a language, and some panel features may not be able to maintain a session. After signing out, users of shared devices should also check saved browser data to prevent others from accessing account information.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
GMTVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization, transaction confirmation, or transfer processing is handled by the relevant payment services and networks, and is also subject to their own privacy policies. GMTVPN verifies orders using the status and identifiers returned by the transaction. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
The service uses only the transaction data necessary to verify orders, deliver subscriptions, and process refunds. Any data provided to relevant processors is limited to what is needed for the corresponding task. For refund rules, see the Terms of Service. This privacy policy does not replace the data handling information provided by payment channels.
Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account data is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order data is retained until transaction checks, refunds, and dispute handling are complete, and to meet applicable legal retention requirements. Support ticket and analytics data is deleted or de-identified once it has served its purpose, and is not kept indefinitely for undisclosed purposes.
Users can sign in to the panel and use a support ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account control must be verified before processing a request. If order data cannot yet be deleted, the reason for retaining it will be provided. Deleting an account may affect subscription access, so please resolve outstanding matters first. Browser data must be cleared by the user.
Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Significant changes to the purposes or scope of data handling will be explained in a website announcement or panel notice. You can also submit questions about this policy through a support ticket.
