Terms of Service
These terms apply to GMTVPN network acceleration subscriptions. Before getting started, review the service scope, billing methods, and refund rules. If you have questions, submit a support ticket through the user panel.
Service Scope
GMTVPN provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, with coverage in 100+ countries and 170+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. A subscription grants access to the corresponding data allowance and routes; it does not include memberships to third-party websites, apps, or content platforms.
Refer to the user panel for available routes and client downloads. Third-party services may change their regional, account, or content rules at any time. This service does not guarantee ongoing access to any particular platform, content, or region. Check that the features and environment meet your needs before subscribing.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required; registration uses a username and password. Keep your account credentials and subscription details secure and do not disclose them to others. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual activity, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.
There is no device limit. Account holders may use the service on devices they own or manage. This does not permit public account sharing, renting or reselling subscriptions, or offering routes as a service to others. Do not distribute subscription details or abuse service resources through automated means.
Billing and Data Allowances
Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Check the plan allowance and billing method before choosing; order details are available in the user panel.
Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid indefinitely until used up. Data package rules differ from monthly subscriptions; a data package does not provide a monthly top-up. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check your selected plan and the amount due before paying.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and of any region relevant to your use, as well as the rules of the platforms you access. Do not use this service for unlawful purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing illegal content, violating others’ privacy or intellectual property rights, or accessing systems without authorization.
Do not disrupt route operations, probe or damage service systems, or maliciously consume resources in a way that affects other users. You are responsible for actions taken and content published through your account. See the Privacy Policy for details on how accounts and personal information are handled.
Availability and Liability
Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, device settings, carrier links, the status of destination services, and maintenance. Maintenance, network failures, or events beyond reasonable control may lead to route changes or temporary interruptions. The service does not guarantee continuous availability, a fixed speed, or a fixed latency.
If you encounter an issue, note the platform, route, and error message, then submit a support ticket through the user panel. Avoid sharing subscription details in public channels. Liability for third-party platform decisions, device failures, and events beyond reasonable control is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Refunds, Account Termination, and Changes to These Terms
You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel support ticket, including the relevant order and your refund request. We may need to verify the order owner during processing; do not include your account password in the ticket.
If you use the service unlawfully, resell or share subscriptions, attack systems, or otherwise seriously violate these terms, GMTVPN may suspend relevant access or terminate your account, depending on the circumstances. If you disagree with the outcome, you may request a review by submitting a ticket. Account actions do not determine your entitlement to refunds or other rights under applicable law.
Changes to these terms will be posted on this page, and the update month at the top will be revised. Important changes to usage rules will also be announced in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce statutory rights attached to orders already placed. If you have questions about a change, submit a ticket for clarification before continuing to use the service.
